In this assignment, I conducted a comprehensive strategic analysis of Kind, evaluating its current direction and identifying key challenges to its sustainable growth in North America. I analysed the company’s performance post-acquisition by Mars, highlighting opportunities for innovation and supply chain optimisation to address competitive pressures in the healthy snacks industry. Leveraging insights from the COVID-19 pandemic, I proposed the integration of Blockchain Technology into Kind’s supply chain to enhance transparency and resilience. My recommendations focused on prioritising innovation, leveraging synergies with Mars, and adopting advanced supply chain strategies to drive Kind’s sustained growth over the next five years.

Marketing Plan 

In this assignment, I developed a comprehensive marketing plan for a sustainable new brand 'Enduro' by identifying a gap in the market and leveraging its sustainable competitive advantage. I conducted an in-depth macro-environment analysis, including PESTLE, SWOT, and market analyses, to understand external and internal factors influencing the brand’s potential. The plan included a detailed marketing strategy, covering segmentation, targeting, positioning (STP), and a carefully crafted marketing mix to ensure alignment with the brand’s goals. Additionally, I created a financial plan and provided actionable recommendations to support the brand’s long-term growth and success.

In this assignment, I conducted a comprehensive digital audit of a charity, analysing their owned, earned, and paid media, as well as their external environment and current marketing efforts. Based on these insights, I developed a detailed digital marketing plan, incorporating a robust strategy with segmentation, targeting, positioning (STP), and strategic decisions. I expanded the plan with a multichannel approach, leveraging the 7Ps framework and outlining specific actions through Gantt charts to ensure effective implementation. Additionally, I created a budget and financial forecast to ensure the plan's feasibility and alignment with the charity’s goals.
